I can't see it being a problem with google, just like any other page gets indexed then links get added later, its just an update/edit to the page/post. Google Analytics has these sites listed under social networks, blogger, thumblogger etc, along with the likes of youtube and facebook.
Also on the seo forums the paid services use all these, blogger wordpress etc for Web2.0 sites, so they must have some value.

I highly suggest NOT sending people to a warning page... You should be asking for links into the deeper parts of your site. Then you will be getting different anchors too... And you could even pay some bloggers $2 a plug fees to plug your reviews in a paragraph of text... So perhaps you pay me $20 ...

There have been several studies and tests about subs vs tlds, as there have about tlds vs ips.

Does the outgoing links info that is spidered when adding an url get updated? If not can it be done?
I've recently revamped some old sites that had hundreds of outgoing sponser galleries, now they only have 20 or 30 outgoing links.

Good suggestion, it takes a long time to manually approve each trade that I've already requested when you can clearly see other links returned on the pending page.
