Calling out 123anddone and melontrades

Both of you dropped all of our links on Thunder-ball/Evress and never mentioned it to me. Combined it is about 150 to 200 trades... Amazing...

We are a fucking link trading community and this just seems like un-fucking acceptable behavior from two veterans!

There seems to be a number of users who have signed up, quickly got a few links, then never logged in again and dropped the links a few weeks later.

That said, should you always keep every link up no matter what, or do you ever go through your outbound links and periodically weed out the ones which no longer meet your quality criteria?

I do go through my links and regularly run a link checking bot over my sites to find dead links, expired domains, parked domains, etc. But these guys had lots of trades at TB and then just basically canceled them all without notifying their partners.

how was that even possible? You had to pay to be able to send messages, free users couldn't , and to message 100+ user is a pain. Once the spider discovers it as missing link you should delete it, thats why there are spiders and notifications of missing link, don't just bitch around.

Sending messages to 100 users with 1 links yes, but I think if you drop 200 links from a single user then a notification should be send.

I think vrock can bitch whatever he wants. I would if I noticed 200 dropped links from 1 trade partner.

i had a situation where a sponsor took some trade marked names from me.

i contacted via whois info, webmaster links info, etc, about 90% of the people that would be effected. it can be done.

both users trade with me here, btw. the drops occurred between xmas and now so they could have contacted me here.

contact me in personal before shouting here.

i have never had 200 trades with you, yes i have dropped some because I'm free member and none of link checkers are working, and i was removing some trades that where not working, but not 200.

that new everes system is worse then TB was. i would be happy to drop many trades there but i have left them.

i have my personal checker that checks all trades from thunder ball, so if i see that someone remove my link i remove his too.

if there was it was 20 or more.
