Unable to access LS

Is Linkpun experiencing trouble every day around this time?

Each day around noon here in Denmark (that would be around 6-7 PM New York) I'm locked out of Linkspun for around 30-60 minutes. It started happening 2-3 weeks ago. Are anyone else experiencing the same problem?

The connection is fine as I can access servers around the world, just not Linkspun. Firefox and IE just keeps trying to fetch the site, and then times out after 5-10 minutes.

I can confirm that. Same problem here, not exactly that time though.

Yeah, 6-7 AM EST it seems to get stuck, I'm pretty sure someone is scraping the site or doing their trades via some bot.

The two times I've got up to check there has been no issue. I'll be on this tonight and if I can trace it down specifically, I'll ban the user.

Nope, I thought I tracked it down yesterday but got an email from a user today saying it did in fact crash again today, I'll pull another 24 hr shift watching and see if I can chase it down.

I had Amerinoc techs monitoring it for 8 hrs (before and after the normal 6-7 AM est shutdown) and the only thing we found I fixed, but still appears that it crashed today (after I stopped my vigil).

I'll check from here in DK if it still crashes for me - it's supposed to happen in about two hours

I watched it happen this morning again and cannot figure it out, I'm talking to techs right now and will be trying to track it down today, I was sure I figured it out but apparently I did not.

Yeah only because I was killing locked processes before they shut down MYSQL

2 days in a row, no 6 am (server) shut down

We're pretty sure it was backup related, and a bunch of stuff ended up getting tweaked along the way so should be good now.

This has gotten me a few times as well. Backup processes can be a bitch, but very needed as well. It's a bit like women, you cant live with them and you cant live without them
