How do I specify PR minimum?

I want to specify on some of my domains a PR minimum for trade. Also put a "no outgoing links" to some.
How do I do this?

You cant at this moment but I'm sure it will come eventually (well, I hope). You can however limit by PR when you request a trade. This means that your trade partners can only choose pages below that minimum you have specified. If you have some sort of general rule you can write that in your profile description and accept/reject based on that.

Man… I would love to have the functionality as you mention :-)
