i added exact anchor but it keeps saying "Incorrect anchor" and i'm not sure what is wrong with it...

my issue's solved, sorry for wrong alarm

there was double space in the anchor text of the other webmaster and it turns out one space when i copy and add it to my site...

It was a double spacing issue...please take notice of this in future trades.
