How to remove a page that already has a trade?

Hi
I have a site that most people who want to trade with me would want to request trade with, but it's no longer active, it redirects to a new site run on CMS externally where I cannot exchange links. I cannot remove it from my list - when I go to delete it it says "Unable to delete page, may have trades", it shows 1 outgoing, 1 incoming link, which is not possible - it's off-line. I have hidden the page, but people are still requesting trade with it somehow... I'm tired of declining trades because of it and people hardly read comments, so they get upset that I don't want to trade it

PageID... and tradeID both are in the url of the browser when viewing the page or trade here on linkspun.
