Red flags:

1) You have a massive amount of backlinks for a domain that is only 3 months old. Unless your site has a very low bounce rate and a very high page view rate this looks to Google like you engaged in some form of link trading or link buying that goes against their terms of service.

2) You use keywords like "Big Booty @TwerkFlix". I would never use @ in an anchor unless it was for an email address. You rank #1 for that keyword. You will never rank on page 1, 2 or 3 for big booty like that though.

3) Not sure why you asked for links from: http://www.genuinebritishamateur.com/ (not your niche),http://www.pro3.us/ (low traffic, low content link farm), probably dozens of others...)

4) You skewed the images on your tube to fit the wrong aspect ratio turning round booty (O O) into skinny booty |00| which doesn't make a lick of sense. Also it looks like utter shit giving your site a high bounce rate with low page views when compared to sites like xvideos.com.

5) When inserting videos, always add a 5 or 4 star rating! Make it look like someone else has been there before.

6) Many of your titles bleed into the duration and ratings section. It looks like shit.

I would say the less than stellar design has a lot to do with it because of a high bounce rate.

Now you might say it has a low one when you compare it to your blogs... But that ins't how Google sees things. Google categorizes sites and then finds a base site similar to how PC Magazine would compare every computer to its Dell equivalent. So if xvideos.com is the base and they have 5% bounce rate your 40% is very high, but still lower than your blogs at 60%+? And for your blogs they might look at ebumsworld(sp?) and say they have 20% so 60% sucks...

Then pageviews... xvideos might be 15 average and yours are 2.5? Sucks...

Then you have a ton of backlinks for only being open for 3 months and probably none of them from social types of sites like the forums at freeones.com.

Add it all up and Google knows you are not an industry player and that traffic sent to you would just bounce to other sites. So why send you traffic?

Thanks thats exactly what I needed. Whenever I ask a question you answer it with no fluff and it helps. I had a feeling that it had something to do with those backlinks. So I guess I will stop those trades and get some new setup.

No trade is ever going to help you until you resign the site and stop forcing the pictures into a strange looking aspect ratio they were not shot in.

Well I stopped the trades first because it will take other webmasters weeks to remove my links even though I left a comment to let them know to stop it. I only saw about 4-5 of those thumbnails that need to be fixed and maybe a couple titles that are too long.

Hmm... most of the thumbnails are drawn and very poor quality. I don't think it inspires the visitors to click on them.

Every single thumb on your site. ALL OF THEM. Are the wrong size.

They are all stored as: 160x120

You are showing them at: 110x150
ul.thumbvideo li img {border:1px solid #505050;height:150px;width:110px;margin-left:4px;margin-top:-10px;}
You are taking a wide angle thumb the same shape as your monitor and skewing it to be the same size as your monitor turned on its side.

THAT LOOKS LIKE SHIT!!!

It is taking big fat asses in a TUBE/Video format (landscape) and squeezing them into a Picture Gallery Thumbnail format (portrait) so all of the PHAT ASSES get skinny-fied into being skinny asses.

THAT IS WHY YOUR TUBE SUCKS AND WILL NEVER WORK.

You could have the best anchors in the world. When the surfer gets there they instantly notice your site looks like shit and they close the window. Google registers this as a bounce and moves you down the SERPS to page 10 with the other people that have a shitty layout problem.

Right click on one of your thumbs and you should see: Open IMAGE in a new tab. Do that. Notice the size and shape of the thumb. Do this several times. It is as though you don't even realize you are doing this.

Webmaster 101 stuff.

Well I got a couple problems.

1. My script does not let me change the thumbnail images
2. Even if I could change them the thumbnails on the video page are wide screen so they would look funny if I changed the orientation.

So for now I'm just correcting the titles and will have to see how it goes

Your problem isn't a script problem. It is a problem on how your site lays out the page.

The thumbnails ARE the right size. Your page is using the CSS code I quoted previously to show them at the wrong height and width.

You are completely missing my point.

I edited the CSS on the page to use the correct dimensions for the thumbs but of coarse that threw everything else off. So I'm just going back to the basic theme and the thumbs do look better. I am making a new header now. Too bad I paid $200 for that customer template. I will just have to call it a learning experience.

Yes for the template that had the thumbs the wrong size. I didn't know it was a old template. It was suppose to be custom.

Well I bought it not knowing any better. Basically im just trying to figure out what I need to do to be successfull at this. Seems like no matter what I do I can't make any money. I started out making galleries, then I went to free sites and now im on blogs and tubes. The tubes are making just a little cash but nothing much to speak of.

In what time frame are we talking?

Galleries? That was great from 1996 - 2005 and after that you can deduct 15% per year in how successful you will be at it. So in 2013 you will be 105% ineffective at it as a newbie. Period.

Free Sites? 1996 - 2004 and after that deduct 15% per year... Again 100% chance of failure.

Blogs? 2003 - 2010 and after that deduct 20% per year to see how likely you are to make money at it.

Tubes? 2007 - present and this is about the only way you will make money these days. Take 10% a year away though starting with 2010 to see how unlikely future generations will do at it. Do yourself a favor and look at your competition. Notice their layouts. Thumb sizes. Everything about their page. Then incorporate that into your own design. YOUR OWN design.

And pick a better domain name... Most people see something they liked and jerkoff and quickly close the window... they share their computer with their wife, GF or entire family. They won't remember the name of your domain or will constantly type it in wrong giving what little returning traffic you could have had to competition.

I agree with almost everything here except the domain name issue. Twerk is a popular term right now. I don't think the issue with this domain name or most domain names is the shared computer, otherwise youporn.com and pornhub.com wouldn't be getting the hits. Users are getting away from the fam computer, instead they're on their mobile devices and tablets to hide their porn habits from wifey or GF :o or at minimum they're using another browser than the fam or yeah clearing cache. I think the risk is the trendiness of the name. It's urban slang that may drop out of popularity and become anachronistic. IMO it's a risky domain name but not impossible to twerk.

Ok guys 1 more. black-bbw-tube.com . For a couple months I was ranked 1 on google for the term black bbw. One day I just dropped and I can't figure out what happened. I went back and removed footer link trades (well still waiting on a couple to remove) but I don't know what happened

When you were #1 was it from like week two of putting the site up to like month 2 of owning it?

This is normal behavior...
