TOS - Allowed or not?

hello,
i read the tos of linkspun about the forbidden content - what is pretty clear in the most of cases.
but is someone here that knows bether about details?
if i have a page with user uploaded amateur contents. (pictures or videos) an would to publish some previews on my page and give the visitors the possibility to download the full set as zip -
is there a problem with linkspun when i use a filehoster for that? as example i link from my page over an advertising network (linkbucks or smt) to an filehoster download url.

usual i got pages with sponsors content where i link to - so no prob. but when i have "own" free content there is nothing to link to so i search the possibility to link to something external for bether SEO of my page.

what are your suggestions and someone know if links to filehosters is in general not allowed here.

The file host restriction is on users that do this:

Go to porn site and enter members area. Download videos/pictures in their entirety.

Put them up on your site with ability to download from a file host.

Essentially grabbing copywritten works and offering them to people for free on file hosts.

There is nothing wrong with offering content that is currently not being enforced by law. So if you have amateur videos not owned by a porn site and offered by subscription or by a content owner for sale via something like a DVD purchase you will not fall under this file hosts restriction. However, keep in mind you cannot use underage content. If your video is of sophomore high school girls flashing boobs you would get banned. If it is some amateur couple in college having sex you can use it all you want.
