I'm only going to touch down on the basic approach here, basically this is the 'where to start' for webmasters new to trading hard links with this system.
  • Step One. Add your domains. Add your pages either one by one, or in bulk. When you add them be sure to set the categories on each so that other users can easily find them by niche. You must add all url's or pages that you wish to either receive links, or to give out bound links on.

Step Two. Search For Trades. This is where you can search out hardlink prospects by Niche, Page Rank, Domain Name, Website I.P., search term, or User. Click through to the category you are looking for links from, and it will list you all Pages in our system that are open for link trades, and request a link.

Step Three. Trade Requests. This stage is where it gets a little more complex, but very simple once you know your way around. When you 'request' a link from a page in the search or categories, it will ask you to add Anchor Text, and select a URL of yours that you would like the link to go to. At this point, the request is sent to the other user, and his email, that he has a new request waiting. He/She will review it, and either accept it (and then pick out which of your sites he wants a link on,and anchor text) or decline it.

You will also have Incoming Trade Requests. Here is where you will see all Trade Requests coming into you, and outgoing to other webmasters/users. Incoming trade requests should be answered quickly and either accepted or declined. On incoming requests you will see the Page they want a link on, the page they wants linked to, and that pages anchor text, you can either accept the trade and pick your recip link from his pages, or decline it.

Step 4. Trades Setup. The Trades Set Up page will list all trade arrangements made that have been approved by both sides. At this point you need to add the links you've agreed to, and if you click the little magnifying glass icon on each trade, will bring you to the Trade View page for that trade, where you can "CHECK LINKS" to verify the link is live, and proper. Once both sides of the trade have been verified and live, they will move to the Active Trades list, and be checked frequently by our spiders to ensure links stay up, and no shady business happens.

Step 5. Trades Active. This is just like it sounds, this lists out all trades you have done in our system. This list will be checked very frequently, and verify that all link deals you have done stay live. If a trade ever returns as not live, it will give you an Alert, and move to the Link Errors page, where you can verify that its either good, or has been removed or nofollowed. At this point you can drop the trade if the other user has removed yours, or recheck links and put the trade back to Active Trades status.
This is a very quick, and simple run down of what the site pages do, and how the tool functions, there is obviously much more built in that you will notice as you make your first few trades.

Any input, or suggestions is welcome, and we encourage you to post it in the suggestion forums for us to take a look at. The goal is to have a great tool for all of us to collectively use, so please don't be shy to post any idea's or wants you have. At worse, I will reply and explain why or why not we can or cannot do it, but you will be heard, and will be answered.
