Link Found But....

I did a link trade with another member here on link spun and for some reason linkspuns script is showing that my link was found on the traders website and the trade is now marked " active ".
For some odd reason why I went to double check the trade for my self to make sure it was on the page Its no where to be found. I even checked the script.
I'm not sure if I'm going blind or something but please help. I have held up to my part and place links back on my websites as agreed too.
I don't want to go around accusing people before...
Has this happen before? known issue or something?
