Implement A Traffic Trading Section?

Linkspun is great for hard links but it would be good for traffic trades too. Lots of people still trade traffic and it's frustrating to go to so many sites only to find that they're closed to traffic trades. If anything it would be great just to have an area that consists of active traffic traders.
I'm not sure how you could verify links through all the different trading scripts out there so maybe that's not an option. But again it would just be great to have a place where people who are looking for traffic traders can find other active traders.
