Manage Pages: Duplicates

Hello y'all!
I have a site that I acquired and its homepage already seems in linkspun because when I try to add it in "Manage Pages" the following error pops up:
"The following pages could not be added because they appear to be duplicates"
What could I do to solve this situation?
