Questions about putting clips on a tube site.

I'm a little reluctant to put videos on a tube site. But I am open minded to try it if need be.

One tube site I'm looking at says that it will not accept any video uploaded if it has a watermark. (I put watermarks on everything so this disturbs me. Therefore I need to have a sponsors account. )

Next in the sponsors account the tube site wants me to provide them with IDs and copies of the model releases.

Now this is where I take a step back... If I give someone copies of the performer's IDs and the model releases, I'm effectivly allowing them to own the content and to do whatever they want with. And if they ever got a copy of the full scene, what's to stop them from distributing it as if they owned it?

So is this standard practice with tube sites?
How good is the traffic you get from them?
How respectable are the majority of these tube site owners?
And I'm willing to listen to anything else anyone can add.

I know I'm difficult with some of my questions but I am learning a lot.
Thanks in advance.
