I know that black lists are tricky but I have already had one guy get 2 links up from me and 15 days later I had to remove them. He never put up the links or responded to the comments I left.

I posted here on the board and it seems he did the same with at least 2 other people as well.

Just block him.

I did. But that does not help others who will have to go through what I did and apparently what a few others already have.
