In order to get more information on the subject I have created this thread and will share any data I get from you with Amerinoc. I suggest you do the same with your hosting companies.

What I need from you:

Hosting Company Name
Hosting Company Web Address
Domain having a problem that is hosted there.
Examples of domains NOT having a problem hosted there is they exist.


I just ran a traceroute on three users domains that had a problem and each time there was a bottleneck at this location in the route:

ams-tc2.ae-1-7.operations.rijndata.nl

In the past when something happens at glbx or cogent (USA data providers) Amerinoc was able to contact them and get the problem fixed. This is happening in the Netherlands. It is on your side of the connection in this case. It is something your hosting company will have to fix or reroute.

Thus far one user with a problem from this hosting provider has confirmed that it is inside the data center provider to your hosting company. He got them to unblock linkspun.com previously and they ended up blocking it again.

Most likely it is an anti-DDOS device they have installed and when you have 200 pages you added into LinkSpun all at once it checks them all in succession. So to their system it looks like that IP is being naughty.

Any luck contacting this data center?

Sent them a message. Didn't receive a reply. Not sure if the person that read the Email spoke English.

i contact Versio.NL, after 20+ emails exchange with support from versio,they add your site ip in white list, but this was not solved the problem.

The interesting part is that i have a few sites on a different hosting company, named Rapifia with address rapifia.nl, also the site hosted here suffer from the same problem, are not crawled by linkspun bot.

there is a way to modify the bot to crawl these sites ?

I gave you the wrong IP for our bot. The correct one is:

64.6.109.226

As for the two different companies, it is because they both are out of the same data center that is blocking us.

I just had this problem happen to me for the first time (I have 336 active trades)

Examples of domains NOT having a problem hosted there is they exist. Unfortunately this is the only page I have on LS from this webhost

If web host seems to be an issue that causes Link not found, I am considering moving the site to a different host but I will first wait to see if Linkspun support can draw some conclusion

The site is connected to by the bot. I can connect to it. I don't see his link. He doesn't see his link. Only you seem to see it. Got a screen shot of you seeing it?
