Link request limit

Well looks like I hit the link request limit of 150 trades. I was wondering what time zone is the server on? Im guessing not eastern because I don't think I would have hit the limit.
It is set by seconds... Not by the time of day...
Can create a new trade = How many trades since 60 seconds * 60 minutes * 24 hours, ago. If less than 150 trades in that length of time, let him add more trades.
