the url forwards on (302 Found) to another website totally unrelated to its topic (https : // www . section508 . gov), it claims to be pr9! rankchecker says its fake! google cant find any backlinks......
the site owner is obviously trying to jack up his pr but for & by fair means or foul?

it may well be the oldest spoofing trick in the book but this guy has not made a very good job of covering his tracks.
