Trade notes/rules

I think adding a column for trade notes or rules. that way when people are browsing for trades, they will be able to mouseover my trade notes and see I dont link tubes 
would save time of setting up trades just to have them declined.
maybe just a mouseover icon, or a this trade accepts column? I know the rules thing could get out of hand, so maybe a character limit, or predefined checkboxes.
