While the Twan network is down without a word from anyone I have turned off checking for this sites. They will always show up working in the checker until further notice.

definitely hearing thumblogger is gone for good. Not surprising, with google slapping poor quality sites left and right it was bound to happen with all the spam, scraped, and duplicate content there.

Rough calculations have TWANS free hosted blogs as being about 1/6th of our total trades here. Going to be fun cleaning this mess up.

That's why I've never built any free hosted websites. How many users got fucked up because a lot of their sites have gone in a minute...?

I have some traders were free sites on twans network were all that they had. Even more that only had maybe a handful of their own domains (all hidden) and then links given only on free sites. Now they will have all links pulled either way.

This is why you shouldn't ever put all your eggs in one basket

I had some blogs there but they were my first, kind of getting wet feet in adult. They were always a pain to add links to (had to do manually) and check recips due to Twan's common habit to ignore all requests, emails and forum PMs.

I never build anything on freehosts since those times, and have seen many of them tanking without notice. If you have trades with me that involve thumblogger, feel free to drop all links.

I have only 10 - 12 trades with freehosts... maybe in this manner wms will learn to use LS the proper way...

Notice for those webmasters who used to put their sites into the sensualdirectory and many other link directories. they went also down... so dont miss to check your outgoing links - some of that link directories are down (twan had alot of that linkpages) regards

Yes, sexblogzilla, adultblogturtle, pornblogdog and about two dozens of blogdirectories are also down. I deleted all of their links.

Definitely something has happened to him, his network was still getting positive revenue. Anyway I've purged all thumblogger/sw/sexus sites from here and my scripts so if you have any of mine sitting around please drop these trades as well.

thumblogger was the place where I started back in 2008. Since, I got ~5Mio. hits on my blogs there and made very good money from it. Though it's hard seeing my oldest projects disappear I'd like to say "Thank You Twan, your services helped making my life much better"

I dunno if it's related or not but since the day thumblogger went down, my requests list went from 50 a day down to under 10. Since of those 50, only 2 or 3 weren't garbage, I'm totally cool with that

I think youre spot on ... ive noticed exactly the same.
Though I do see more and more names listed as "login: never" on my active trades list, pity with some of the quality traders ...

Well I just went through and removed about 200 trades in that were in error. That was so tedious but after a while I developed a rhythm. Used a lot of the "open in new tab" and "find" function in my browser to remove all those links. Even was kind enough to go through and remove the outgoing links to thumblogger pages so that the other webmaster will get the error notification.

Since almost all AWMs were connected to each other by trades involving thumblogger, sensualwriter and co., don't you think it'll be much easier to identify single networks now?
