Anyone using clip bucket

Is anyone here using Clip Bucket? I want to change one of my sites into a tube that works with mobile devices and allows upload from mobile and from what I saw on the website one day Clip Bucket seems like the way to go. Problem is that I have been trying to contact them for days now to ask what addins I will need to do this but I can't ever get a response. Now the website Isn't even loading.
