quick question

when someone requests a trade and instead of accepting it or denying it, I add a comment because of some reason that needs to be worked out
do they get email notification of the comment?
I dont see any other easy way to contact trade partners/ potential trade partners.
I see that as one drawback to this site

SOBV owns a very large number of paysites and multiple affiliate programs
ALL their programs have stopped paying webmasters and two days ago locked all webmasters out from the affiliate area.

We will have private messaging soon, right now the only way to contact is through the trade comments.
PM's were really not anything tough to set up here, but we wanted to keep it as clean and spam free for the first couple months while we ironed out real problems with the tool.
I would think in the next week or so I'll have the PM ability added.
