trying to add my domain mytrannys.com to my account and it says it's there when it's not... how can i add this?

This is because whom ever you bought it from, or scooped it from, had it in their account here.
You now have the domain and their old trades.

that's what i figured... how can it be removed from their account so i can add it to mine since own it now?
