Reminder about file lockers

We do NOT allow sites that have full videos available in file lockers as a model for generating income. If you see sites that use this business model please report them.
The question most asked by owners of file locker sites is: Why can't I have a file locker with a full video and a tube site can have a full video?
The reason is that the Department of Justice has acted to stop the file locker business model and has not done so with Tube sites. We only started having a problem with file lockers when the DOJ started criminal proceedings on their owners. Once that happens with tube sites we will revisit the rule.
