Design suggestions

I am thinking about doing a complete overhaul on my site twerkflix.com . One of the main things I want is for users to be able to upload videos from mobile devices. I am currently using clipbucket and users are not able to do that. So I was thinking about changing scripts and getting a company to design the site. So does anyone know a script that will allow upload from mobile devices and also a good company to design the site for me? I was thinking Smart tube Pro but I am not sure if it allows mobile upload.
