Adding www. to quickurls.

Is there a easy way to add www. to the front of my hidden urls. I noticed sometime it wont load with proxys unless i have www. in front of theurl. Can some one add this for me. I have a lot of kws. and it would take a long time to add in again. Is this something that possible.
