I've got a trade that is not being found by the check links.

We've noticed that something is stripping the http: off the front of the url, I'm not sure if it's wordpress or cloudflare that is doing this.

I know that one of the options when switching from http to https is to have your urls strip the http: from the front of all url, so this may become the default in the future. Does the check links function not work if the http: or https: is not there ???

Ended up being the Ken Video Player plugin for wordpress that is stripping off the "http:"

Looks like they are doing so to help with the switch over to https sites

Is there any way to update the check links script to not require http: or https: and just use the //url.com/somepage.html ?

The standard is still to have https: so we are going to stick to that in order to keep with the KISS principle.
