Im new, what does all the abbreviations mean in the links list when you are looking to trade links?

PR is the old google PR rating that they gave to domains, not really used any more!
MR is MozRank https://moz.com/learn/seo/mozrank
DA is domain authority https://moz.com/learn/seo/domain-authority
PA is page authority https://moz.com/learn/seo/page-authority

Out is the # of outgoing links from the site
Ext is the # of external equity links https://moz.com/learn/seo/what-is-link-equity
Alexa is the alexa rank, again not really used that much any longer!

I'm not sure how often these are updated within linkspun, so you should make sure and run your own reports to get current stats on a site that you are looking to trade with
