Hi there -

I have three errors showing as Incorrect anchor that just showed up
after your changes, I've checked the links and they all seem to have
the right anchor, but it's still giving an error. Was wondering if you
could take a look and let me know what I'm doing wrong They are all
3 to the same person.

Fixed... This has to do with your using of a non-ascii character for the hyphen. It appears you are using the double hyphen commonly used in Microsoft documents instead of the keyboard - from a US keyboard.

Either way, I have put in some code for this issue.
