Bad Neighborhoods

I was doing a bad neighborhood links check and saw that they consider Adult Friend Finder Affilite links as bad links. So be careful that the sites you link to do not have an over abundance of these links on the page your linking to.

sorry I'm noob at this, but how do you check to see if a site is a "bad neighborhood"?

I also type
http://www.whatever site requested the trade.com into Google search. If I get a list pages from the domain, I know its notbanned. I don't really care about PR (and I just ignore trades from the PR Nazis here, anyway)
I also block trades from sites that are either paysite, cam, or sextoy landing pages, and I block sites that haven't been online for over a year. I'm guessing LinkSpun is not for me.
Maybe I should just ask for links to my whitelabels, and offer return links from disposable subdomains. That seems to be the main strategy here.
