W3 Total Cache blocking trade checks

Hi,
Does anyone know why W3 Total Cache is blocking me from doing link exchanges? If i disable the plugin then link checks work, but if its enabled then it cannot find the links for trades. Even after i clear all caches.
Any help would be appreciated.

you have to delete cache folder from your wp-content
and all related files to cache
as the cache stayed

Strange as i cleared all cache, but didnt delete the files in the folder, ill try that next time. Thanks alot!

This often happens when you are using an old version of the plugin.
It strips " marks from the HTML.
View your HTML source where the trades are located.
