Link Spun How To

Joined linkspun yesterday and am a little new to the system. Someone has requested a linktrade to one of my sites. But i'm not sure what I do next. Is there any help pages I can read?
I'm not sure is there any HowTo, but it is simple.
You got some req? Ok go to Trade Request page ( http://www.linkspun.com/trades_requests.php ) Click on View Trade, choose site(s) for backlink, scroll down, choose your site and add anchor text. Click on Submit!
If other partner accept trade it will be shown to your Setup Trades page. Until that it will be in Pending Trades.
That's all.
p.s. If other side deny trade, you will get an email if you set to receive it in your http://www.linkspun.com/manage_profile.php E-mail Preferences. And that is all.
