Check out my site. All links will be added to the footer. All links are hardcoded, no script!!

Dokus79 don't email people if they have not accepted trade(Pending), you are not GOD you can't approve it.
and all link trades here are "hardcoded"
from my experience here with tuned over 5000+ active trades that was done, sometimes you have to wait years to get accepted for trade, and that trade keeps alive years. (Setup : 05-17-16) 5 YEARS
just to let you know: Request->Pending->Setup->Active
On Setup stage you can bug user with email or comment about add of links
