thinking if LS spider checking source code for HTML code of link

maybe it can mark that link is found in footer ?

i mean that it would be added text to :
Links Link Found

Nice idea. It could be circumvented by somebody not using "footer" in any part of their site.

means SE spiders will count those links as not footer ones, if i understood idea of footer link correctly
