problems with site

yesterday i got two trade requests. finished my end only to see them vanish.
i place 8 different trade request only to see those disapeer as well. today when
i get a trade request your site freezes when i try to submit the trade. pleae
help

Today there was a database issue, but trades do not 'disappear' ever. No data was lost or deleted.
Trades just don't disappear, in fact it's very difficult to 'delete' a trade and is only possible under proper circumstances, I cannot even do it from my admin panel.

well i noticed 3 of my trades requests was posted. maybe i did the other 5 during
the database issues. one person redid the trade request which went through.

Maybe the other person denied them quickly, do you have the option set to receive emails about denied trades?
