New to Link Exchanging and need help!

Hey everyone, new here and I have a great GAY tube site but need some links to trade. I get about 6000 visitors a day and have a PR rank of 1. Would really like someone to help me get this part up and running. This is the one thing I really need help with.

First step would be to add a few pages to the tool, it's hard to know where to start explaining with out knowing about where you stand.

Just wanted to say thanks for all the help. I have my first two active trades going. You guys are great. This was easier than I thought.
