Hi,
I have a page with a lot of different categories involved. I don't want it to be spammish, but I want to get it out there. Is it better to link the main page with the different categories on linkspun or should I pick the categories on my blog/page and link those to the specific categories linkspun?

You can link up to 8 cats to the main site, I'd start with that.

I would match up the 8 cats best suited, but in reality, if your site has dozens of categories its not any of them, its Hardcore or Miscellaneous.
You can break it down and add specific categories pages to the site in their respective categories as well, so add your anal page to Anal and Ass and your Blowjob category pages to blowjobs, oral, deepthroat, facials (etc).
That way its not to spammy, and adds your relevant pages to relevant categories so they'll show up where they should, and people wont mind seeing them as they fit in the cat they chose.
