Webmaster's email hidden

I think there *must* be option to contact a webmaster via mail. Mail cannot be hidden. I have a case where webmaster didn't login for 3 weeks already, and there are no mail or icq visible.

Please consider publishing email on profile page.

what does it mean when there is in the profile:

Last Log-In: Never

?

That means they have been inactive for 30 days and have been set to 'hidden'.
