Post trades

Hey guys & gals, I am looking to set up a bunch of a/b/c post trades with others that are on-topic. Is anyone else doing such?
My idea is if you are doing an update on a blog and you find a post on one of my blogs that is on-topic and that you find provides great value to your surfer then target="new" a link with a little write up to my post and I'll reciprocate with lets say a mature handjob post I am adding someonewhere in one of my blogs and I find a relative post on one of your blogs and do the same. Standard A/B/C but before the fact instead of after the fact.
