Sorry to be so dumb, but I just don't understand how to accept trade requests. When I go to the trade requests page to view pending incoming requests http://www.linkspun.com/trades_requests.php it shows Incoming Trade Requests but only gives me one option at the bottom. Where it says "With selected:" at the bottom, the only option it gives me is "Deny Trades" - Where is the "Accept trade" option?

If there are no sites listed, there are no incoming requests.
If there are sites listed, you need to click 'View Trade' in the right most column in order to finish the link request.

The Deny Trades button on this page is just a shortcut if you already know you'll deny sites based on their owner/url/whatever.
