I left the trade up in my account so you can see it and get the webmaster or his site off of Linkspun.

I had reported him (and blocked him) -- very disappointed to see he is still a member here.

Animalsex isnt actually illegal in any of the countries ive lived in over here in Europe ... wouldnt wanna link with it though personally, as I find it foul and wouldnt wanna risk linking for it - but according to the law here, its just as fine as bikini babes on a beach.

Yeps, illegal in plenty of places (which it should be - afterall how can an animal consent) ... but equally legal in plenty of places (Japan, Denmark, some states, Spain etc) so a general statement saying a site is illegal as a universal statement is wrong.

Same if I said "ILLEGAL BIKINI BABE SITE FOUND" ... and backed it up by: Illegal in Iran, Saudi Arabia and many other places.

When I started this thread, I wasn't stating that the b-word was universally illegal. Relative to this site, it's the jurisdiction it falls under. It's illegal in the US where Blogspot is hosted by Google in Mountainview CA and illegal in San Diego CA where Linkspun site's server is located.

....and whats the law there, is linking to it illegal or only the distribution of the content or the production/act?

Yes, deliberately linking to an "obscene" site would be. Obscenity laws in the US are very subjective depending on who wants to interpret material as obscene and spend the money to prosecute. The b-word, there would no question on obscene or illegal here. A webmaster or webmistress would be viewed as sending the traffic to an obscene, illegal site.

I don't know how much you read about the US from Spain, but it's becoming a very puritannical place to work in the adult biz, with one politician vowing to purge the whole country of porn if she's elected President.

As a webmaster or webmistress, you can disclaim in writing that you have no control over the material contained in websites you link to, but if at the time you linked, you knew that the content was illegal or technically obscene, big troubles.
