newbie question - how to deactivate an active trade

Hi,
I took down one of my websites that was also involved in a few active trades, the trades affected now show up in my "Link Errors" and I have notified the other webmaster, however, I want to know how I can STOP a trade that is in my Active Trades? The only options I see are 'check links' and 'add comment'.
