Outgoing link counter

I had another thread which was locked for some reason, outgoing links are not correctly displayed on many websites.

asian-porn-girls.com - on linkspun it shows 25 outgoing - checking manually its has 100+ links
I have found many sites like that, they do not have nofollow links.
Can this be addressed ?
