When Banned in the System, remove pending & requests

When a trader is banned from the system their pending trades should be moved to denied status and any requests for trades pending should be canceled.

I invite those that read this to go to their pending trades and look at them. Hold the ctrl key down and click on each magnifying glass in the list to open the trade into a new tab. Does the trader have 1969 for their join date?
That means they got banned. You can reject this trade because this person will never be back. I had 100 in this status for this reason.
