Display english only sites?

I'm seeing a surprisingly high amount of sites in german/dutch/whatever language, and many of them have english domains. Is there a way to filter out sites in foreign languages? So far I've been blocking these users so that they don't appear on the list of sites available for trades. Is this the only solution? Thanks.

I'm close to have blocked them all, but new ones keep popping up even worse are the free-sites and sub-domains.
But it's a free service so I act and adapt.

After I blocked most of them those requests are now very rare.
