Blocked users and stacked trade?

Hi: Guys , I am new here so I will try to save time and get two answers in one post.
1. If I block some user at linkspun, will that help me to avoid seeing his sites if I search for more trades ( I want to bloc people refusing trades all the time)
2. What is stacked trade?

Bump, I also don't understand what the term "stacked trades" means and have seen in it a few posts and profiles. I even googled it with no luck.

1. Yes.

2. It's a way to get more than one back link from trader sites.
Example: I have domain.com clean site, with traffic, regular update, with 10 outgoing links. And you ask for link on that site. For return you don't have any quality sites in your profile (or quality sites are hided). I will choose few (2 or more) of your sites to link back to my site.
Stacked trade: Choosing more than one site for link back.
My English is not perfect, but I think that you can understand?
