It is because you have way less pages for me to link from then I am giving you. In many cases you and I are basically maxed out. I still have dozens (if not hundreds) of pages for you and you have very few I haven't requested a link back from.
In some cases you have a TGP network without a whole lot of content Google can READ... I have a blog network filled with hand written content... Basically my links are worth more than yours in this case...
So either add more quality pages with good content or stop asking me for link... eventually I will put you on block... Sucks because currently many of you are "favorites"... But constantly denying your trades is getting annoying...
