Get your site some of the best backlinks available here

Hi,
There are a lot of folks with their good sites (the ones that they are developing incoming links to) hidden here and showing a whole lot of sites that a back link on would be totally useless. I am of the opinion that if you get a link in the footer of a site that has no positions in the serps for any of it's targeted terms, with an Alexa rating in the millions, then that link will not only not help you but it may actually hurt you. This said, I have some sites that people would pay over $1000 a year for for links, if I sold them. I am willing to exchange links on these pages with you if you have something decent to link back to me on.
I am looking for sites with decent positions in the serps for at least some of their targeted terms to link to a site of mine that I am currently developing.
In exchange, I have a number of sites that I can link back to you from. All of my sites are old...close to 15 years old, or older. I've always owned them. I have sites with decent pr, decent alexa's, and decent positions in the serps.
