How to properly ask for help or submit a user report.

When asking for help or submitting a user a report it is important to be as descriptive of your situation as possible. If the report or support request has to do with a specific trade or trades it is important to include the trade ID number. Without it I will have no idea what you are talking about.
Please keep in mind that I cannot do a damn thing about certain situations including:
A trader deletes several of your trades without any notice and doesn't respond to your questions about why they took such action. My advice, call them out in the forum and block them.
A trade partner is taking a long time to put your trades up. Again, block them, out them.
That being said, you can still report individuals that act like boneheads and from time to time this has helped to create a profile on crappy traders that I can act on with a warning about their specific undesirable behavior.
Reports we take very seriously include the reporting of under aged sites, stolen content and otherwise illegal content. Again, trade ID's are vitally important for following up on these kinds of reports.
The more you tell me about a trade the quicker I can act on the trade!
