For those of us who set up a dozen trade requests or more at a time, how hard would it be to receive a notification of denial of trade so you don't accidentally ask for the same trade again?

I'm starting to have that issue, sometimes I go link hunt crazy and Im seeing some sites that Im like.. did I already ask and was declined??

active trades show as green, maybe declined trades could be red? even better, declined in red, listing the URL's that were declined.
