Manage Pages on the very top, right side of the screen in the LinkSpun menu.

At the bottom will be a box you can enter a URL or multiple URLs with one per line.

Then select a category, or multiple categories by holding the ctrl key.

Go to http://www.linkspun.com/trades_requests.php page, click on View Trade button, and take a look at that page.. Scroll down, choose site for your backlink (add site), choose your site url and put your anchor txt for that trade.

Click on Submit! Done.
